Month of the Military Child Essay Contest
Today, April 1st, begins the Month of the Military Child. Throughout the month, BSF will be celebrating our littlest heroes with programs just for them. Kicking it off is an essay contest for military children with some exciting prizes, including a Barnes & Noble Nook!
In celebration of April’s Month of the Military Child, Blue Star Families wants to know what being a military child means to America’s youngest heroes. Every military child has different experiences that help them grow into rounded young adults, ready to excel under any circumstances. This is their opportunity to let America know what it means to be a military child.
Throughout the month of April, Blue Star Families will be holding an essay contest for children kindergarten through fifth grade, posing the question “What does it mean to you to be a military child?”
